Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the Pollito Slack application to your workspace or using our services at pollito.tbelt.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an employer or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

Pollito provides native Slack-based decision tools, including channel polls, thread polls, quorum monitoring, anonymous secret ballots, and workspace analytics in the App Home tab.

3. Subscription and Billing

  • Flat Pricing: The Pro Plan is billed at a flat rate of $15 per month (or $144 annually) per Slack workspace. This covers unlimited polls, unlimited responses, and unlimited active users with zero per-seat surcharges.
  • Free Trial: New workspace installations receive a 14-day fully featured free trial without requiring credit card submission upfront.
  • Cancellation: Workspace administrators may cancel their subscription at any time via App Home settings or our support desk. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Pollito to:

  • Violate Slack Technologies, LLC's Terms of Service or Developer Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Conduct fraudulent elections, solicit illegal activities, or distribute malicious scripts.
  • Attempt to de-anonymize secret ballots through brute-force timing attacks or API flooding.

5. Service Availability and SLA

We strive for 99.9% application uptime. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance. Because Pollito operates over Slack's Web and Socket APIs, availability depends in part on the operational health of Slack's own platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pollito and TBelt Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost votes, workspace downtime, or decisions reached using our tool.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction of operations of TBelt Online, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
